MULTI-TRADE MAINTENANCE ROLE

We are looking for a practical, reliable and experienced maintenance person with a general knowledge of building skills to join our small, friendly team on this private rural estate.

This is a varied hands-on role that includes the maintenance of holiday accommodation, residential properties, some ground works and infrastructure. reparis  No two days are the same and the successful candidate will be a problem solver, working independently and as part of a team, taking pride in maintaining high standards across the Estate.

The role would suit someone with a broad range of multi-trade skills to carry out internal and external repairs such as basic plumbing and electrics (but not fully qualified at this), masonry, roofing, plastering and carpentry with an eye for detail and a good finish.

Key responsibilities

·      General property maintenance and repairs

·      Decorating, painting and minor refurbishment work

·      Basic plumbing repairs and maintenance

·      Basic electric maintenance

·      Carpentry and joinery repairs

·    External maintenance (gutters, pressure washing, track repairs etc)

·      Maintaining tools, equipment and maintenance records

·      Experience of digger and tractor driving helpful but not essential

·      Chainsaw and spray experience helpful but not essential

Salary - Highly competitive depending on experience
