Grow, gather and cook your way through a British year

Join the gardening and food team at the Netherwood Estate, Herefordshire, home to the Michelin-starred Pensons restaurant, to discover a year’s guide of growing, cooking, and conserving seasonal British produce. We are evangelical about eating seasonally to ensure that the food on your plate is as fresh and flavoursome as possible, while reducing your environmental footprint.

Every month the Netherwood Estate team will choose one star ingredient and share essential gardening tips, as well as provide creative and uncomplicated ways to serve and preserve your produce.
