A WALK ON THE WILD SIDE:
FORAGING WITH LIZ KNIGHT

Renowned Herefordshire forager Liz Knight is one of the country’s greatest proponents of the joys of wild food. This year she is releasing two new books: Buds and Blossoms about the delights of delicious edible flowers and Wild Drinks, sharing the secrets of concocting wonderful seasonal drinks from foraged ingredients.

To coincide with the publication of these, Liz will be hosting a special workshop on each subject on the Netherwood Estate in 2024:

• Friday 18th October - Wild Drinks: Thirst quenchers for every season
